The historic house and two-acre grounds from 10am to 10pm, with tables, chairs, decor, a prep kitchen and venue staff on site.

2027 rates. The Mon–Thu row shows the Monday–Wednesday rate; Thursdays are $4,000 in the off season and $5,500 in peak season. Friday and Saturday are priced together. Sundays aren't on our published rate card, so ask us. 2026 rates: Monday–Wednesday $3,500 off season / $4,500 peak, Thursday $4,000 / $5,000, Friday & Saturday $5,000 / $6,500.

Required if alcohol is served: you sign our alcohol contract and book all bar service through our exclusive bartender. Non-refundable, and bartender hourly service charges are separate. The fee is $400 for 2026 weddings.
